Return Policy

How to return the articles you ordered

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can return them within 10 business days from the delivery date, without the need to provide any explanation. Please remember that:
  • Products must not have been washed or soiled.
  • It is allowed to try the and shoes, except when differently indicated. However, it is forbidden to wear them.
  • Products must be contained in their original packaging, which has not been damaged
  • Products must be complete: for example, it is necessary to return both the articles of a pair

Returning faulty products

  • You have the right to return the products you have received which are faulty or just different than what you have ordered. As regards the guarantees we offer for our products, we kindly invite you to read the Article n.11 in the Sale Conditions1.

Refund times and modalities

When you decide to exercise the Return and Refund Policy (within 10 business days from the delivery date), please send an e-mail to the address [email protected], in which you inform us about your decision to delete your purchase order. Sale Conditions require a Raccomandata A.R. (a letter with an advice of delivery), which any way is not strictly necessary.
If you wish to exchange the article, please tell us the new model and the size you have chosen: in this way we could immediately put it aside.

Please fulfil carefully all the required terms. Shoes must be contained in their original packaging and they have to be packed inside a cardboard box, even the same into which you received them. For your certitude, we suggest that you ship by tracked shipment.

We kindly ask you to add the questionnaire we sent you together with the shoes, inside the packaging: it is not compulsory, but it is some very useful information for us, which help us select better suppliers and products.

After we receive your return and we check that all the required terms have been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation e-mail about the acceptance of the return. If you have chosen the replacement, we will immediately send you what you have ordered, without charging you further shipping costs (only for shipping within Italy). Any price difference will be compensated according to the modality you have chosen.

If you decide to ask for the refund of your purchase, this will be made within 30 days from we learn about the execution of the Return and Refund Policy and once we have checked that the return has respected the terms explained above. This applies for any form of payment you chose (credit card, Paypal, bank transfer, cash on delivery).

In the case the payment of the order was made by credit card or Paypal, the paid amount of money will be credited to the credit card or to the Paypal account. If the payment was made by cash on delivery or bank transfer, you should specify the bank details of the account to which credit the bank transfer. The amount of the refund will correspond to the total of the order. It does not include shipping costs and any cash on delivery fees.

The actual time it takes to credit or refund the money you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the form of payment you used.
