Return Policy

The aim of verdezenzero.it is the complete satisfaction of its clients: this is why we constantly monitor and select our wholesalers. If however for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the goods no later than 10 working days of the day in which you received the goods purchased at verdezenzero.it. The goods must be received by verdezenzero.it within 30 working days of the date of their receipt. The goods may be returned by courier, or via the Postal service. With the aim of providing an ever better service, we request that you fill in the return form that you found in the parcel you received.

The right to return goods is intended to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are met:

• the goods must not have been used, washed or damaged;
• the goods must be returned in their original packaging
• the package must contain the return form on which the reason for return must be stated
• the returned goods must be sent to verdezenzero.it in one delivery, in fact, we reserve the right to not accept goods from the same order, returned and sent at different times;
• verdezenzero.it must receive the goods within thirty (30) working days of the date in which you received them.

If all the conditions have been met, verdezenzero.it will refund the full price of the goods purchased. Postal fees for the original delivery of purchased goods will not be refunded. Return postage is to be paid by you.

We will contact you if your returned goods cannot be accepted due to non-conformity with the above stated conditions. In this case, you will be able to choose whether to receive the purchased goods once again at your cost. If you should refuse this delivery, verdezenzero.it reserves the right to keep the goods and the amount paid for their purchase.

Once verdezenzero.it has received your returned goods and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return.

Whichever method of payment used by you, (credit card, Paypal account, cash payment on delivery), verdezenzero.it will refund you within 30 working days of the date in which verdezenzero.it is informed that you have exercised your right to return the goods and is sure that the return has been made in respect of the above-mentioned conditions.

In the event of payment by credit card or Paypal account, the paid amount will be credited to the credit card or Paypal account. If payment was by cash on delivery, you must give us the bank details of the account into which the on-line transfer should be paid. The amount of the refund corresponds to the amount of the order, minus the postal fees and any delivery costs.

The actual time for reimbursements or return of the amount paid by you for the purchase of the goods depends on the method of payment used.
