The offer and sale of products on our website (verdezenzero.it) are regulated by these General Conditions of Sale.

The products purchased on the web site are sold directly by verdezenzero.it, owned by Patrizia Liburdi.

Verdezenzero.it is recorded in the Register of Businesses of Florence n.561205, tax code LBRPRZ61M53E463D and V.A.T. No. 05576520489. Verdezenzero.it has its main office in Italy, Via Salento, 17 - 50142 -Florence.

Verdezenzero.it sells, through its web site, footwear and accessories exclusively produced in Italy.

A characteristic of the footwear and accessories sold by verdezenzero.it is that they are produced by small to medium businesses present on the Italian territory, often working on a handmade or semi-handmade basis.

Our shoes are almost always available in sizes: from 32 to 35 and from 41 to 46 for women; from 37 to 40 and from 45 to 51 for men.

All items on sale on the web site are available in our warehouse and can be delivered within 2-3 work days to Italy, within 10 work days to foreign countries. The expected time of delivery is indicated on the order form.

Our shoes are produced in Italy: as a consequence, they are marked with Italian sizes. It is however possible to choose your size according to U.S. sizes, divided into women and men\'s sizes, or according to British (U.K.) sizes. The Anglo-Saxon and Italian (or European) sizing do not correspond to one another, since the measurements are based on different systems.

Verdezenzero.it sells its products, through its web site, only to the "final consumer", that is to individuals who buy for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity.

By "consumer" we intend any individual who interacts with verdezenzero.it for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity. Considering this, verdezenzero.it reserves the right not to follow up orders coming from persons other than the "consumer" or, however, orders that do not conform to its own business policy.

These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders of products at verdezenzero.it between the users of verdezenzero.it and verdezenzero.it.

The General Conditions of Sale however do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by persons other than verdezenzero.it that are present at verdezenzero.it via link, banner or other hypertextual connections. Verdezenzero.it is neither responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than verdezenzero.it nor for the conclusion of e-commerce operations between users of verdezenzero.it and third parties.

To conclude a purchasing contract for one or more items at verdezenzero.it, you must fill in the order form in electronic format and send it to verdezenzero.it, by e-mail, following the relative instructions.

The order form contains information on the characteristics of each product ordered and its relative price, including any applicable tax, the delivery methods of the purchased goods, postal fees and expected delivery times. The contract between verdezenzero.it and the forwarding agent foresees a maximum volume for each delivery: for this reason, according to the expected volume for each individual purchase, the number of items that may be placed in a single order varies.

The contract is concluded when verdezenzero.it receives the order form by e-mail, and once the correctness of the details of the order is checked.

The order form will be filed in our data bank for the period of time necessary for the processing of orders and as established by the law.

Other than the Italian language, a purchasing contract may also be written in English.

Once the contract is concluded, verdezenzero.it will proceed with the purchasing order.

Verdezenzero.it may not process orders with insufficient solvency guarantee, if they are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are not available. In these events, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been concluded and that verdezenzero.it has not followed up your order, explaining the reasons.

If the products, displayed at verdezenzero.it, should no longer be available or on sale at the moment of your last access to the site or at the moment of sending the order form, verdezenzero.it will inform you immediately, or within thirty (30) working days starting from the day after you sent us your order, of the availability of the products ordered. If the order form and payment have already been sent, verdezenzero.it will refund the amount already paid by you.

On sending the order form by e-mail, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these General Conditions of Sale whilst dealing with verdezenzero.it.

On sending the order form you confirm you have read and accepted the General Conditions of Sale and further information on verdezenzero.it, as well as that found via links, including the General Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Once the contract is concluded, you will receive, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already reported on the order form.

The essential characteristics are presented on verdezenzero.it within each product sheet. The pictures and colours of the products on sale at verdezenzero.it could, however, not correspond to the real ones depending on the Internet browser and the monitor used.

The prices of the products could be subject to updating. Check the final sale price before sending the relative order form.

Purchase requests coming from countries other than those served by our forwarding agent may not be accepted by verdezenzero.it.

For payment of the product cost and the relative postal fees, you may follow one of the methods indicated on the order form. For orders coming from Italy, the methods of payment available are: Paypal account, credit card or cash on delivery; for orders coming from abroad the accepted methods of payment are: Paypal account or credit card.

Should payment be made by credit card, you will see a page from Paypal, world leader in managing on-line payments. Financial information (such as your credit card number) can in no way be known by verdezenzero.it nor by third parties. If you should return the goods, your refund will also be sent by the same method and with the same characteristics of security and secrecy.

We ask you to pay attention to the contents of this section since the indications included are an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, we assume that you are totally aware of and accept them at the moment of sending the order form.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with verdezenzero.it, with no penalty, within ten (10) working days of the day in which you received the goods purchased at verdezenzero.it.

In this case, you must return the goods to verdezenzero.it that must receive them within thirty (30) working days, which run from the day you received them.

You must bear the cost of returning the purchased goods.

The right to return goods is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also met:

• the goods must not have been used, washed or damaged;
• the goods must be returned in their original packaging
• the package must contain the return form on which the reason for return must be indicated
• the returned goods must be sent to verdezenzero.it in one delivery. In fact, verdezenzero.it reserves the right to not accept items from the same order, returned and mailed at different times;
• verdezenzero.it must receive the goods within thirty (30) working days of the date in which you received them.

If the goods are returned according to the procedure and terms indicated in this paragraph, verdezenzero.it will refund any amount already received for the purchase of the goods, minus postage and delivery fees of the purchased goods.

The amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days of the date in which verdezenzero.it learned of your returning the goods. We will start the refund process, once we know that the above-mentioned terms and conditions have been carried out correctly.

If the procedure and terms for exercising your right to return the goods have not been respected, as specified in this paragraph, you will not have the right to the refund of the amount already paid to verdezenzero.it; however, you can have the goods returned to you in the state in which they were sent back to verdezenzero.it, at your cost. Otherwise, verdezenzero.it may keep the goods in addition to the amount already paid for their purchase.

The General Conditions of Sale are regulated by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree of the 22 May 1999 n. 185 on the subject of distance contracts and by the legislative decree of the 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects of electronic commerce.

In case of any disputes between verdezenzero.it and any final client, emerging from the General Conditions of Sale, verdezenzero.it guarantees, as from now, its full adhesion and acceptance of the conciliation service ConciliaOnline, of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence.

ConciliaOnline is a service for the interactive management of conciliation encounters. It allows, in a simple manner, conciliation even if the parties and the conciliator are geographically distant from one another.

The General Conditions of Sale can be modified in view of any legal changes.
